South Madison Neighborhood Plan • A 3-10 year strategic plan that identifies important issues of the planning area. Neighborhood plan addresses: housing, land use, parks and open space, public infrastructure improvements, and redevelopment opportunities.

Other planning initiatives will provide the details to accomplish the plan recommendations.
