Late Check Out • Late check out is a situation when guest check out over time than check out time. • When guest check out after check out time until 18 pm we charge 50% from normal rate • When guest check out after 18 pm we charge 1 night • But if guest inform first , hotel give 1 hour free • If the reason is flight, hotel give baggage claim service then guest stay in lobby or other place
Cont’d • Late charge is a late report from outlet cashier about guest transaction to Front Office Cashier. It cause of late posting or late send bill outlet to FO Cashier • In mini bar it happened while guest wait their flight • To anticipate this case FO Cashier should call outlet cashier as soon as possible • FO Cashier record it in late charge book and creditor will follow up it • If the mount not to big FOC record it in lost and breakage book Create by julie
