My Life By: Ana Largo
My Surroundings . . . I was Born On October 20, 1995. My mother gave birth to me at Coney Island Hospital. Although I do not live in Coney Island, I do live near it and I Love to go walk at its boardwalk during the summer. During the summer, Coney Island Beach is packed! Especially now that Coney is Luna Park. The rides at Luna Park are fun and during the night, Coney Island looks really nice. All the lights are on and it looks real touristic. The ocean view is beautiful and just being there feels nice.
My Beginning Ever since I was younger, or since I remember, my parents own a small grocery store out in Brooklyn. All my life I have been there. That store is like my second home. I was born into a loving and hard working family. My dad loves to work and my mother spends her days working in the store until I get “home”. Up to this day, I still work on the cash register and my experiences there are unforgettable.
Childhood Memories Even though sometimes having sisters feels like a pain in the butt, I was fortunate enough to have 2 sisters. Both are younger than me and I’m supposed to be a “role model”. ever since I have memory, I never really was girly. I was always tomboyish and even though I did play with other girls my age, playing basketball was my passion back then. Arriving to junior high school changed my sport. I began to play Soccer and eventually when I got to high school, all these fun kid things went away.
My Present As of Life, I was fortunate enough to get a second chance educationally. In present time, I began to like sneakers and somewhat collect them. As of school work, I go to school everyday and I am more independent of myself. I am currently attending This school City-As school and so far I am liking my time here. I know for sure that I am going to succeed.
My Future My future looks bright and promising. In the future, I will be an ultrasound technician for a while and then be my life dream. A nurse. I hope that with my profession, I am able to help many people who need the help but do not receive the care. I am passionate about the medical fields and to become a nurse in the future would mean my dream come true. After all the school, and being a nurse, I will eventually be a mother. But with my education, I will be able to give my kids all they need and live modest. This is my future.
