  7. Drug dispensing for Primary Health Care Screen Then fill in all drugs dispensed

  8. Injury on Duty Screen Choose a cause from a pre-defined list for cause Then do diagnosis and drugs as for Primary Health Care

  9. Other Input Screens include: • Pre-Employment Medicals • Audiometry • Pulmonary Function Testing • Drug Stock Control : Purchase/Dispensing/Stock Taking • Absenteeism

  16. Day-to-day reports include: • Individual Medicals / Audios / Lung Functions (with graphs where appropriate) • Day End (summary of day visits) • Comprehensive Individual History • Individual Sick Leave Calendar • Drug Register • Diary / scheduling of clinic visits

Monthly reports include: • Occupational Health Reports: • Progress Report for completion of medicals • Audiometry Report • Pulmonary Function Report • IOD – stats / analysis most common diagnoses • Primary Health Care Reports • Most common diagnoses (eg influenza, diabetes, conjunctivitis) • Most common complaints (eg cough, headache) • Procedures (counseling/referrals/blood tests) • Sick Certificate Analysis

  18. Conclusion • Reports to be useful and varied for both medical and management purposes. • Clinsys will not do the thinking for the practitioner • Clinsys will help to analyze the collected data. • Herein lies the reward for maintaining the system .
