Planning Tips • Assumes that the Bids and Awards Committees have already been established at the division level • For contracts to be bidded out, projects will be clustered of 2-3 schools per cluster, up to the maximum threshold of PhP15 million • We should agree on the milestone activities to be included in the planning template • Distinguish sub-activities from major activities • We are following a 28-day period for the completion of procurement activities • Determine the present workload of division personnel • For project engineers, assume that you will have to conduct QA monitoring based on the 15 key inspection points
