JCSE Mission Statement On order, JCSE provides rapidly deployable, en route, early entry, and scalable command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) services capability across the full spectrum of operations to combatant commanders or other agencies as directed in order to facilitate rapid establishment of Joint Force Headquarters and bridge joint C4ISR requirements.

JOINT OPERATIONS COMMUNICATIONS SCHOOL (JOCS) • Merging multiple MOSs, AFSCs, and Rates into one complete, well-rounded, JCSE Communicator. • A total of 105 Service Members trained through JOCS I with a 90.5% passing rate. • JOCS I and II have been awarded 20 credits each through Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) towards an associates degree. • Prepares Service Members to operate JCSE commercial off the shelf (COTS) communications equipment in a joint environment. • Provides basic and advanced training on radios, networking, voice, transmission, and work group manager (WGM). • Constantly evolving due to feedback on techniques, tactics, procedures, and equipment from recent deployed Service Members.
