Application for Admission to Primary One 2014-2015 • Application Period: • 24 June 2013 to 6 September 2013 • Application Method: • Please submit the completed Application Form together with all relevant documents by mail or hand in person to our school within application period. • Application Form can be downloaded from our school website or obtained from our school during office hours (MON to FRI: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, SAT: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon) within application period. • Interview Date: • 28 September 2013 (SAT) or 5 October 2013 (SAT)
