Introduction RAST Resolution 10/8 on measurement uncertainty in three areas: Radio equipment testing; Terminal equipment testing; Transmission equipment testing.
Standards • Quality of standards • Test methods should be precise and unambiguous • Methods should be based on agreed international, regional or national standards • Fall back position internally developed test methods • All test methods are to be validated • Estimation of measurement uncertainty for each measurement result

STF 241 Phase 1 Extension of frequency range for measurement methods above 1 GHz (EMC and radio testing); Evaluation of “shared risk” approach;
