News Students can donate money for Camp Kudzu. This organization helps children with Diabetes. Students can purchase Kudzu leaves for .50 to add to their homeroom teacher’s doors. The homeroom with the most leaves gets a prize. Students can also buy valentine candy-grams for a dollar through Woodstock Elementary School Student Council. Students can purchase these items now. YEARBOOK Info: You can still order a yearbook online.   Visit www.ybpay.com.  $21 for a soft cover, $26 for a hard cover. Welcome to Ms. Alison Bates. She is a Kennesaw State student who will be student teaching with Mrs. Brown. 5th grade Curriculum News Reading: Working on reading skills and GCRCT preparation. Continue Reading Contracts Math: SAXON Lessons 83-95 ; Tests on 2/3, 2/10, and 2/28 Language Arts: We are beginning Verb Transitives and Direct Objects in the next few weeks and will be practicing for the writing test coming up on March 7. Science: Finishing Electricity and Magnetism unit. Begin working on Chemical and Physical Changes Unit Social Studies: Great Depression/New Deal • . Fieldtrip Info: First payment of $35.00 dollars is due tomorrow!! The next payment will be due March 1st . Please contact Ms. Mann if you have any questions.
