CASE MANAGEMENT steps for successful case mangement • Advantage Occupational will be available for 24/7 services • ALWAYS for life threatening emergencies call your local 911 center first. • Render basic first aid.   • Advantage Occupational Medicine’s Call Center will contact the medical provider on-call. • The medical provider will contact the injured employee, assess the injury, and provide direction on how to proceed. • A case file will be initiated, and company contacts will be notified of the situation and proposed course of action. • Timely reporting is essential; report all injuries immediately.
