  2. PEACE AND ORDER • Efficient crime solution rate of 92.9% • Continuous advocacy/campaign on fire safety and awareness/consciousness • Training of 49 Brgy./Volunteer Fire Brigade

  3. EDUCATION • Construction/Completion of Bitano Elementary School Building funded thru the City SEF (P5.5M.) • Increase in allowances of teachers and administrative personnel (DECS-City Division)

  4. DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION • Computerization/Networking of City Hall Offices (P13.0M.) • Promote professionalization of rank and file and maintain harmonious relationship with the employees’ association (LECIGEWA) • Improve tax collection system thru Ordinance No. 021-2002 (Amended Revenue Code of 1974) • Facilitation of permits and licenses issuance • Conduct of training programs to city employees
