Reporting documents • Staffdosts: staffconventionsand time sheets– additional weneedemploymentcontractsandpayrolls • Time Sheets withcorrectdate, numberofhours, workpackageandtasksperformed Most commonmistakes: Periodsinsteadofdates (not daybyday), wrongworkpackage, „copy – paste“ mistakes • StaffConventionswithcorrectduties (accordingto Annex 3 andthedutiesdone – not thepositionofstaffmember) andshortdescriptionoftheaction Most commonmistakes: incorrectduties(WP 7 is not always Manager), duration in daysmeansdurationofreportingperiod not workeddays, withthedailyratespleasemindtheceilings www.valeru.eu

Reporting documents • Travel costs: Invoices, Travel Documents (boardingpasses, traintickets,…) andmobilityreports • Invoices: pleaseusethecorrectexchange rate (forperiod 4 = August 2015) • Mobility reports: please do just reportwhatyouarereimbursedfor (real costs) – pleasenotethatwithyoursignatureyoudeclarethatyoualreadyhavebeenreimbursedforthemobility Costsofstay– Ceilings :These references are maximum rates.
