  1. Mission Total Mobile’s mission is to be a leading company within the telecommunications industry by means of a vision that capitalizes on technologically superior products and services as well as customer care.

  2. Total mobile inception & Growth • Our company began with an opportunity a few years ago to become a Master Agent for Simple Mobile, one of the fastest growing Prepaid Carriers nationwide. Our multidisciplinary team and experience allows us to reinvent and creatively work with retailers to ensure that they are successful. • To date our company is home to 5 different carriers and are an ISO for Eureka (a prepaid payment center). • Our companies include: Simple Mobile, T-Mobile, Clear, Red Pocket Mobile and H2O, servicing upward of 400 dealers and presently growing. • Total Mobile generates roughly a million dollars per month for the mentioned carriers through Eureka for payments and activations taken by our dealers. And this number is expected to double in late 2012.

  3. Operations / Inventory Control • Having a streamlined operation is key for the success and future growth of any company. This is why Total Mobile invested in a high quality infrastructure and in the development of our online tools. Our infrastructure allows us to manage all of our dealer base to provide excellent service. Our online tools by way of our private portal is only accessible through a unique username and password issued per dealer. Our portal allows dealers to receive communications from our company as well as: check on activation reports, shipping requests and orders, purchase collaterals and keeps them informed on industry information.

  4. Creating & keeping the buzz…marketing • At Total Mobile, we work hard to keep our dealers knowledgeable and up-to-date on information regarding our industry. We have a talented team that customizes email blasts, awareness campaigns and helps in setting up dealer locations. • We nurture all of our business relationships and because of this most of our new business is based on referrals. The other major part of our business is either by way of our Sales Team or through the carriers themselves.

Customer Service & Management Philosophy • It is important to us as a company to know that when anyone mentions Total Mobile that they have a positive outlook on our business. • This is why we take the time to provide one-on-one training for all new retailers for each carrier that they sign up for. This simple process enhances a dealers’ experience with us and shows that we are there to support them. • We follow up the training by assigning Sales Reps to each territory so that each dealer can have a designated person to contact in case they have questions. Reps also visit dealer locations frequently with merchandise and to share upcoming news. All these are factors in building a foundation for a prosperous business relationship. • Our management philosophy is short and simple: Make it happen!

  6. Compensation packages - eureka • Eureka is an industry leading Prepaid Payment Center. Through Eureka dealers are able to take payments for all Prepaid Carriers except Metro PCS as they are exclusive to their designated payment center. Some of the carriers in the payment center are below with their designated commissions. • MasterSubagentMerchant • Simple Mobile – 8% 7% 6% • T-Mobile – 7%6%5% • Boost – 7%6%5% • Red Pocket Mobile – 10%9%8% • H2O – 7%6%5%

Compensation packages – carriers • Total Mobile has competitive compensation packages and is the only Master Agent to offer residuals for Simple Mobile regardless of how many accounts are activated! Here is a quick guide of our commissions per carrier: • Master, Subagent, Merchant, All get The Same. • Simple Mobile – .20% residuals • H2O - .20% residuals • Red Pocket - .20% residuals • T-Mobile - .20% residuals & $10 per activation *excludes ports from Simple Mobile* • Sim Cards Are all same price for all carriers $3.00 Note: residual are paid 45 days after activations take place. example: November activations paid 1st week of January.

  8. Compensation packages - clear Profit based on: Activation Spiff ($10) + Refill Bonus ($5) + 2% Residual ($1 based on $50 plan)
