  3. Methods to Locate New Potential Volunteer • 50,000 letters to targeted MA zip codes the end of July • Reminder to DCs and ACs in mid-August of volunteers with on-hold status in VRS • DCs and ACs sent bulletin board notice to post in their district (~ Sep. 1st)

  4. Current Information per VRS* • # routed to DC: 8 • # DC evaluating: 42 • # approved for training: 67 • # on hold: 42 (applied Nov. 1, 2012-Sep 14, 2013) * As of 5 p.m. Sep 17th
