Criteria for measuring the impact: • Relevance • Is intervention suited to mitigate a development imedimen? • Effectiveness • Were the interventions objectives achieved? • Impact • Was the intended improvement of living conditions achieved? • Efficiency • Were the benefits satisfactory in relation to inputs? • Sustainability • Are benefits expected to keep on flowing?

  10. Efficiency • Were the benefits satisfactory in relation to inputs? •  Problem: This question can`t be answered satisfying, because one can´t measure exactly social development.
