Materials Needed • 3-ring binder and paper • Pencil and calculator • Agenda book (not mandatory-but is VERY helpful!)
Grading Policy • Grading is done by our computer-based program—total points system • Computer grade report print outs will be sent home after every test—must be signed!
Methods of Presentation • Warm up/Problem of the day • Notes and Class work • Independent and cooperative practice • Board work activities • Interactive software on laptops • Homework (when assigned)
Extra Help • Our math lab is open all of 3rd and 4th periods • My directed study is 3A in B212 • Before or after school by appointment
Final Exam • A cumulative final exam is scheduled at the end of the semester • Formal review is offered 2 days prior to the exam • Final exam is worth 20% of final grade for the course
