  2. Mission • The Formosa Delicacies Advertisement (FDA) mission is to make a company that made the Taiwanese food market known globally. Our current situation is to promote the food of shi-lin night market in Taipei.

  3. Vision • Our vision is to make Taiwan as the best gourmet country in fusion food. Taiwan has many kind of food such as the Chinese, Japanese, and western food legacies.

  4. History • This company- FDA (the abbreviation of Formosa Delicacies Advertisement) was established at 1990 by four young men who planned to eat all of the delicious food in Taiwan. They thought that people in this fast-paced world full of pressure and disquiet, so maybe they can bring them some delight by recommending them some delicious food to try. According to their experiences that accumulated for many years, they found that almost every delicious food in Taiwan can been bought at Shi-Ling so they decide to start their plan here and gradually bring their dream comes true. • By updating the information every week and keeping trying on other new food, they keep sharing their experiences with people. So, if you want to try some new delicious food or you want to share your experience or recommend the food you like, then, welcome you to connect us.

  5. Products • Our main product is the advertisement of our joint-partnership’s products. Which are the delicacies. By enhancing the product’s graphical and written description, we believe that more market will be interested in our Join’s partnership products.

  6. Market • Our target market is mainly the global citizen. People who likes traveling and enjoy delicious gourmet, people who is at Taiwan and don’t know where to look for delicious delicacies. As English is the main language, we make our product description mainly in English. But of course, in time, we will make our product description be available in other languages.

  7. Market Strategy • The main idea of the strategy is to make full use of the internet. We’re using each and every free digital means to promote our advertisements, such as facebook, wretch, twitter, google search, blogspot, etc. We also give out free brochures at places with lots of tourists, such as language school, tourism spot, hotels.

  8. Joint-partnership • Our successful partner for now is the shi-lin night market. We’re still waiting for confirmation on the kee-lung night market, shi-da night market, and rao-he night market. Our company chooses who would be our partner, because we should maintain our mission, to promote famous Taiwanese delicacies.

  9. Financial Assumptions • Because our advertisement company is an extension of the tourism department of the R.O.C government, our cost would mainly be 0 for the joint-partnership.
