  1. SCGHA-HELP Creating a new Season, or Subseason

  2. First Login and find your Team Page. Then click the edit button

  3. Then click the Admin button

  4. Next Choose Seasons

  5. Press Create New Season

  6. Fill in the Season Name. Generally the year range as shown, and the Subseason name.Then “Create Season”

  7. Now might be a good time to Create other sub-seasons

  8. Like Playoffs

  9. And a tournament or two (optional)

  10. Next click the tool settings. For younger teams changing the roster status to private is recommended. Parents will, however, need to have or create accounts on SCGHA.com to be able to view the team site, once it’s private.

  11. If you choose to keep statistics, you will want to change the game periods to match what you’re playing.

  12. Speaking of statistics, it is generally recommended that we don’t display these openly. If you change the status to Disabled. They will only display for users with edit rights

  13. Pick all or any combination of statistics you want to track, but don’t forget to choose save. Once your done. You can go back and adjust at any time though.

  14. As with the Roster, photos and videos should be private, for the younger teams.

  15. Once you are satisfied that your setting are good you can make the team public.

  16. You can also and other users with edit rights if you choose.

  17. Look them up as shown. Then click their name to add them, to the profile box on the right

  18. Edit allows them to change existing pages, stats, etc. Owner let’s them create pages within your team page.
