The Name of Your Exchange Club Membership Meetings are Important
Your National Exchange Club • Headquartered in Toledo, Ohio under the direction of the Executive Vice President • National President and a Board of Directors made up of elected volunteers • Directors are called Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) • RVPs work and represent the district within their regions • 12 regions throughout the national organization • The Exchange Club of (name) is in Region (#) • Name (location) is our RVP • Exchange offers various Officer, Program Development, and Leadership training modules • (Names) are our District Volunteer Field Representative (VFR) • Exchange Clubs are 501(c)4 organizations • Donations to the National Exchange Club are not tax deductible • National Board meets at least 4 times a year Executive Vice President, Tracey Edwards
