  2. The ADDIE model Furthermore, provides a step-by-step process that helps instructional designers plan and create training programs with a framework in order to make sure that their instructional products are effective and that their pr0cesses are as efficient as they can possibly be.

  4. ADDIE Model: These steps in ADDIE can provide an organized design approach for developing and delivering face-to-face and online instructional training resources.

  5. Analysis Phase • The Analyze phase is the foundation for all other phases of instructional design. • 1. Define the problem, identify the source of the problem and determine possible solutions. • 2. May include specific research techniques such as needs analysis, job analysis and task analysis. • 3. The outputs of this phase often include the instructional goals, and a list of tasks to be instructed.

  6. The Design phase involves using the outputs from the Analyze phase to plan a strategy for developing the instruction. Design Phase

  11. The ADDIE Model There are more than 100 different ISD models, but almost all are based on the generic "ADDIE" model, which stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, as illustrated in the figure below. Each step has an outcome that feeds the subsequent step.
