As a Campus • Identify students first • Review master schedule and find tutoring time. (See Sample) • Paraprofessionals during conference period • Counselors to visit high risk students daily • Coach 3rd grade multiplication/science vocabulary/sight words for 2nd.
As a Campus • Utilize college math tutors • Utilize college reading tutors • Organize as needed to meet all student needs • Monitor! Monitor! Monitor! - Progress
Once day is fully utilized you proceed with tutorials • Less students needing assistance • Less teachers needed • Less funding needed • AYP Campuses are applying for additional funding

Federal Programs Services • Run campus budget balances for you • Answer any and all questions on budgets • Assist in making recommendations on budget changes to meet campus needs • Take you through the process from beginning to end • Monitor tutorial funds for you • Recycle funds to meet everyone’s needs
Approval at the Federal Programs Office • ALLrequisitions are approved daily • ALL travel is approved within 24 hours assuming there are no errors • ALL contract services are approved within 24 hours assuming there are no errors • ALL field trips, extra duty pay, tutorial proposals, OFB’s, etc. approved within 24 hrs.
