Announcements: - DD Rev C is due tomorrow during BalloonSat check-in - Expecting 62 out of 63 to attend launch and ~27 guests - Weather conditions are are very uncertain - GO or NO/GO discussion today at 3:00 PM and another on Friday at 9:30 AM - Last point to cancel or reschedule is 8:00 PM Friday - Email updates until 6:00 PM on Friday, then hotline
Advice: - Camera switch problem - Remove old pictures from camera - Don’t tape your 9Vbatteries together - Secure wires and tape down switches - Camera settings - Fresh batteries where possible - Condensation - Hot glue and electrical tape - Measure and record battery voltage - Don’t give up, never surrender
LRR Feedback: - Good job everyone - Worry about things coming lose in your box - Cold test should have reached -40C external - Payloads should have been operating during cold test - Label all plots - You have come a long way since September 8, 2011
Ready For Flight Cards: - Turn in on Friday, during final weigh in - Must be complete
Friday: - Payloads need to be turned in by 3:00 PM Friday - Not all team members need to be present but all must sign the RFF Card - Final weights will be taken and payload left with me (Unless you have a biological payload) - Can have screen shots of videos (drop, whip, etc) - Schedule for Friday

Saturday Meeting Location: - Meet in parking lot 436 at 5:30 AM Saturday - We are launching at 7:30 AM (unheard of in the history of humankind) - Don’t need to meet at CU, can go directly to launch site but be there no later than 6:30 AM. - Be late, be sorry - You needs a ride?
Sunday Meeting Location: - Meet in parking lot 436 at4:50 AM Saturday - We are launching at 6:50 AM (unheard of in the history of humankind) - Don’t need to meet at CU, can go directly to launch site but be there no later than 5:50 AM. - Be late, be sorry - You needs a ride?
Transportation: - 1 CU SUV - 6-7 people - Tracking - Navigation - Communication - Entertainment - The goal is to have all vehicles stay together
