Research objectives: • Assess the different information types and QoS requirements in Intelligent Microgrids. • Develop a robust and reconfigurable information infrastructure based upon existing and emerging wireline and wireless communication technologies that will efficiently support the integration of Intelligent Microgrids. • Account for physical, MAC and network layer performance.
