Providing guarantees and financial support for loans with low interest, and political support for domestic ship-building industry in foreign markets, through reciprocal trade and active export, to obtain fair market share. Establishing engineering design department and access to current technology of ship-building, support research and development section, having close connection with universities, training skilled workforce in demand, with respect to current and future requirements of world market and international standards Updating and development of maintenance, process, packing and distribution technology, exploiting biotechnology and nanotechnology considering environmental and optimization of energy consumption.
