Our priorities at WECC • Focus on near and longer term reliability of the interconnect • Reliability Planning and Performance Analysis • Partner with Registered Entities • Audit process as a management tool • High-integrity relationships with Registered Entities and other stakeholders • Confidence-inspiring governance structures and practices (stewardship) • Bring best expertise to bear to solve complex problems and best inform policy choices • Mature own staff capabilities as appropriate • Cost effective leverage of industry expertise across membership • Selective use of consultants to “plug gaps”
