Changes to the business cases for IRs and CRISs (what are the key drivers?) drivers open and REF now moving to building business intelligence. 70% of HEIs don’t have CERIF compliant CRIS’s - therefore need to manage institutions at a variety of stages of development Maturity model with roadmaps, including examples of good practice Identifying relevant metrics for measuring success Evaluate CRIS to IR dataflow mechanisms. Implement RIOXX recommendations
