Houston’s Childhood Immunization Coverage Levels for 4:3:1:3:3 series: 1995-2006 Children aged 19-35 months who received the recommended vaccines: 4 DTaP, 3 Polio, and 1 MMR, 3 Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), & 3 Hepatitis B (Hep B). *Rates for 4:3:1:3:3:1 were 76.6% in 2005 and 69.6% in 2006
