Early/Initial Efforts • 1993-94 limited funding of pilot projects • 2001 Project Officer Visit/Recommendation • 2002 Funding, state RFP attempt, redirection of funds (from FA contracts to DA other) • Late 2002 statement of work issued and contract awarded
Statement of Work • Assess need for a population-based immunization registry • Define user population and their technical readiness • Determine feasibility of deploying a statewide, web-based system
