Communication requirements • Significant outreach & information available when new pipelines or facilities proposed • Guided by stakeholder outreach requirements of regulatory body • Federal and state – sometimes one is ‘lead’ agency • Primary stakeholders • affected public, landowners / residents and agencies • Multiple forums & means of getting information • Consultation influences final project
