Why Start with Mandates? Affects the organization’s actions and resources. Organizations may assume they are more constrained then they actually are. Some mandates can become over emphasized.
Mandates: How To Step 1. (Have someone) compile the organization’s formal and informal mandates - Formal: Review by-laws, charters, statutes etc. - Informal: ???
