Comprehensive Planning Agreed Upon Principles • Review and feedback to schools is essential to maximize the number of schools that will engage the process seriously. • Use a web application to verify completion of the various "required towns“ • The focus of reviewers should be solely on the quality of Action Plans • Form a panel of IU colleagues in January that will use a tuning protocol to develop a standard for Action Plans 8
Comprehensive Planning Agreed Upon Principles • Provide IU colleagues training in application of the Standard in February • Use a web application to document reviewers' findings and to generate reports • Use a "tandem" review process to produce one unified review per plan • Attempt to match expertise of reviewers with grade level and content of Action Plans 9
