Conclusions • The accelerated privatisation of apartments in general contributed to the development of real estate market • It is necessary to introduce changes in legislation acts to ensure that all acceleratedly privatised apartment owners have equal rights to own apartment property in the privatisation process
Conclusions • Inter-related information and maintenance of various registers within one institution requires additional resources and the need to ensure linkage, as well as regular data synchronisation
