The will be delivered in a orange box with fall items insides such as dry leaves, scented candle and small pumpkin, the actual invitation will have business mission statement, webpage and event details.

  7. Arrival Event guests mostly are locals. However a block away from the event location there is a Best Western Hotel. They will hold a special rate for all the guests coming to the opening. Additionally the event space comes with a large parking lot space, which will allow guests to drive to the event. My assistant Diana will greet and escort the guests. At the escort table guests will be able to find a guest book, they will be asked to fill out their contact information.

  8. Atmosphere • The 3000 sq ft space will be decorated in orange, yellow and red colors. InFlowers is going to make small Orange Gerbera bouquets to decorate the room. Since InFlowers is getting recognition they are only charging me for the value of the flowers and not the work. Orange Gerbera are not expensive flowers but they have a perfect fall look for them which make them ideal as centerpieces. The room will also be decorated with pumpkins and leafs. The space is pre equipped with TVs and couches. Couches are pre decorated with yellow pillows, which perfectly go with the theme. On the TVs I will be playing a slide show of some of my previous works and ideas. I will put around the room boards with cutout of some cool designs and ideas for wedding. Also I will leave some look books for the guests to look through.

  9. Appetite • Apple sides and hot coco will be served. Also I will serves pumpkin pie and chesses and fruit plate. These small snack will go perfectly with the décor and will allow the guests to munch a little while networking.
