  7. Conclusions Partisanship in print – Perhaps, somewhat of an increase, but not overwhelming Voting behavior – Noticeable trend toward voting with same party. Less pronounced in the Senate. Areas for further research – Extension of dates Voter behavior/Party identification/straight ticket voting Non-print media State of Union addresses ?
