Family Focus Forums:Development of Guided Questions • Return to strategy we used for adopting outcome measurement • Members of state team – “flush out” the components of each of OSEP questions • Engage various constituent groups • ICC executive committee and the ICC
Outcome 1: Know and Understand your rights • Did someone discuss … before initiating service? • Are you aware/understand them? • When and how did you receive them? • Where they reviewed with you on more then one occasion? • Do you know who to call if you have a concern?
