Goals of the PS days • Improve information and communication in the division • Work done in 2000 and plans for 2001 of main PS activities • Overview of PS tasks and how individual activity fits in the overall program • Active participation with exchange of opinions/suggestions • Know better each other and what the others are doing • Integration of newcomers. (Few) new posts, ISOLDE team, SL/RF team • Consolidate famous “PS family spirit” • Improve (further) efficiency: Do more with less? PS DAYS EVIAN 2001

Organisation • Place: VVF Evian Single location where everybody housed (easy contact) Conference room for 150 persons Reasonable cost Plenty of time for social (and technical) contacts: Coffee breaks, meals, after lunch pauses, evenings... Enjoy Evian…. PS DAYS EVIAN 2001
