IliasAtwani - An Introduction • IliasAtwaniis an experienced mining industry professional who has worked in a number of different roles for several renowned companies. • He started his professional journey as an intern in the mining engineering department of a reputed company in Meknes, Morocco back in the year 2008. • While he got to learn a lot about underground supervising in Meknes, he also used to assist operators underground in their daily activities, handle and get familiar with the equipment used underground under the supervision of foremen and operators.

Ilias’ Takeaway from the Trip to Inuit Villages • Iliashad a great time with Noah and his family and learned a lot more about the Inuit culture than he already knew. • He was impressed by the fact that the Inuit have a mutual respect for nature. • He was fascinated by the sports and games they played as those were unlike anything he had ever seen. • Iliascould also conclude that most of the Inuit believe in both - animism and Christianity.
