Technical Factors • Hotel has 476 guest rooms • Our block is 350 • Thus, no major competition with other groups • Hotel is adjacent to the Oakland Convention Center • We will use some of that space, however, the hotel has more than enough meeting rooms • We need • 1 plenary ballroom • 8 parallel meeting rooms • Services • Audio Visual Support for hire • Internet for hire • Possible internet solutions from LBL
