Section D.1.H.Common Measures There are only 3 possibilities: Provide exiter information with four required data elements to ETA and ETA calculates common measures (using Common Measures “tab”) Calculate adult common measures and provide info to ETA in this section (either based on wage records or supplemental data) Combination 16
Section D.1.I.Additional Information All the good stuff that doesn’t fit anywhere else… put here!
