Group Presentation • Work in groups of 3 or 4 (2 muscles per person) • Responsible for memorizing and presenting the origin, insertion, and function of a specific muscle group • You must demonstrate an exercise and stretch for each specific muscle or region of muscles • Provide a visual of the origin, insertion, and muscle action/function (powerpoint, model, art, posters, skeleton…be creative!)
Evaluation • Each member must present 2 muscles. • Correct and memorized: origin, insertion, function and demonstrate specific exercises/stretches /10 • Correct terminology used in presentation /10 • Useful visual to enhance understanding of materials /10 • Timely (no more than 10 minutes) /5
Due Date: • Presentations start in class on Monday, November 5th • Random order- Everyone must be ready! • No excuses!
