3. 1. During the course of a robbery, a young boy, age 14, kills the shopkeeper because she refuses to hand over the money. 2. In the same situation as above [1], the shopkeeper and robber wrestle, the gun goes off and kills the shopkeeper. 3. The same as above [2], but the gun was originally in the hands of the shopkeeper. 4. 7. 12. At a park in the city, three female bodies are found. The arrested person admits to killing them. She is given a mental test and it is determined that her IQ is 55. 13. In the same scenario as above, the arrested person has chronic history of drug abuse and was under the influence of crack cocaine at the time of the killings

8. 14. As a prank / dare, a high school student sneaks onto the lawn in his neighborhood and tries to steal a pink flamingo. The homeowner sees the boy take the flamingo, runs out of the door, points his rifle, and kills the boy. 15. A convict is released from Prison on a technicality she is free because of a “due process technicality”. Two days later, she is confronted by the surviving spouse and is killed.
