Activities To Date Deal Flow • 128 Leads screened by Business Development • 24 Evaluations by Project Development Team • 5 Negotiations currently active • 4 Pilots/Projects contracted First RTA Pilot initiated January ‘07 • Pilot success led to promotion to Project status and ongoing drilling program Second Pilot August ‘07 • Pilot well drilled and under evaluation • Promoted to Project status in Q4 ‘07 with additional drilling planned in 2008 Third Pilot spud first well December ’07 Fourth Pilot contracted January ‘08 AOGI Pilot Program 2007 Pilot 1- RTA earned ~25% W.I. in 47,000 Net Acres Pilot 2- RTA earned ~50% W.I. in additional 47,000 Net Acres
