Oyster Experiment • 6 tanks in the OA lab, water from FHL, filtered to 0.2 un, NOT UV treated, not flow through (no capacity), 16 C. • 3 with only oysters, 3 with oysters and 1 sick pisaster • 40 oyster in each tank, 10 removed at 6, 24, 48 hours • Whole animals was removed from shell for qPCR • Animals out planted at FHL dock.
