  2. Dear inhabitant of this planet. May I draw your attention to the fact that the lease of your place is about to expire? The rental period that we've agreed upon thousands of years ago, is coming to an end.

  3. If you wish to negotiate an extension of your lease, you will have to comply with a few conditions. Booker

  4. You will have to dramatically review the waste of resources given to you. The Bill is becoming too high.

  5. How did you ever get to this dazzling consumption? Booker

  6. In the past I have supplied you with an unlimited amount of water, but the reserves at the source are now at an all-time low!

  7. The water usage for the new lease term will have to be re-negotiated.

  8. Many of your people are dying from hunger, while others eat so much that it makes them sick. I have supplied Earth with enough food for everyone! Booker

  9. Any new lease contract will have a clause ensuring enough food for everyone.

  10. You have also destroyed so many trees, that there no longer is a balance between the supply of fresh air and shadow. This causes overheating of the Earth and the Sun causing unforseen damage. Booker

  11. You will have to replenish all trees as part of your new lease.

  12. Under our existing Agreement all plants and animals were in your custody. You were supposed to look after them as a good Father.

  13. During my last visit I've been looking for hundreds of species, but could not find them! I have however created an abundance of them at the beginning of the lease term.

  14. I've only seen a few fish in the oceans and rivers I've created. What happend to them?

  15. I also see strange, dark clouds rising from your homes. What happened to the blue skies I've created?

  16. I trip over all the rubbish you leave behind. You really can't continue doing that! Booker
