  3. Create an accounting system of generation attributes to be reflected on a “Certificate”. LSE’s subject to various reporting requirements need to accumulate certificates - “Unassigned” will be allocated. Results of the system will be used to generate reports by LSE’s to meet regulatory requirements. GIS Overview Definition

  7. Disclosure Requirements Working Group’s Charter Define all the disclosures required for the administrator to operate the GIS. Review of each State and Federal, if any, regulatory requirements and applicable laws that pertain to renewable energy and emissions policies. Submit results to the GIS Design Working Group and Operating Rules Working Group. Surveillance Design Working Group’s Charter Develop market surveillance requirements.
