BRMS • Analyze the unified school improvement plan & make changes identified • Use math and language arts labs for extra help • Create detailed individual student learning plans – longitudinal study of NJASK performance • Provide after-school tutorial program • Increase of BSI Staff to support more students in need • Use of the Parent Compact to heighten parent awareness and commitment • Targeted Professional Development for Staff – Rutgers Institute for Improving Student Achievement, Literacy Consortium, etc. • Use of Study Island to provide targeted practice of skills – school-wide • Continuation of After-school and Summer Program
