Three Ways Tidal Energy Created Tidal barrages :-A tidal barrage basically a huge dam that is built across a river.Tunnels are build through out the dam Tidal fences :-tidal fences block a channel, forcing water to go through it and turning its turbines to generate electricity. Tidal turbines :-tidal turbines are the latest water power technology used in tidal areas. They look like wind turbines that are lined together underwater.
