What is the E-Agent Program? • A free program which allows agents to provide online Travelers auto quotes to consumers visiting their website. • Consists of placing a banner ad on your agency's website. This banner ads will take consumers to a co-branded Travelers auto quoting engine. • Provides consumers an e-quote based on admitted information (Insurance Score is run, but MVRs are not). • The quote is stored in ATLAS3 under the your agency’s producer code, and an email is automatically sent to you when a consumer has completed an e-quote from your website.
Is My Agency A Good Fit for the Program? • In order to participate in the E-Agent Program your agency should meet the following requirements: • Own a functional website • Have a marketing plan in place which drives traffic to website • Feature your web address in your advertising or PR • Have a webmaster or IT department that can make changes to your website • Have the capacity to promptly follow-up with consumers that have completed a quote from your website.
How Does It Work? • Consult with your Travelers Sales Executive to see if the E-Agent program is right for your agency. • Review this PowerPoint Tutorial and the FAQs found in the E-Agent email. • Review and sign the Travelers Logo Download Agreement. The Logo Download Agreement can be found on Agent HQ under the Sales & Marketing tab – Logo Download section. • Complete the online setup form at E-Agent Online Setup. • A Travelers representative will be in contact with you 5-7 days after completion of the online survey. • Review and adhere to all state/federal telemarketing and CAN Spam email laws.
