  2. Connect Your Printer • First of all, you have to connect your hp printer with your computer. You can do this with a USB cable or a wireless connection(if your printer supported).

  3. Download The Tool • Open the official website and click on software and drivers then select the printer, it will open a new page enter your printer model number and click on search. Click on the link and it opens the download section, go to utility and diagnostic tools and download the software.

  4. Install The Software • When the download is complete double click on the setup and starts the installation. Once the program is installed launch it.

  5. Execute HP Print And Scan Doctor • Launch your HP print and scan doctor tool. After launching it will ask you to choose your product, select your printer and click on If your printer is not shown (make sure your printer is turned on) my product is not listed and then click on retry. Otherwise select your printer and click next.

  6. Fix The Issue • If you are facing any issue while printing click on fix printing and if you are face issue while scanning then click on fix scanning and wait for the repair

  7. Review The Result • If you see the checkmark, it means your printer is error free. Wrench means software found the and try to resolve it. Exclamation point indicate the test failed and required manual action but the step skipped. X means you have to follow on screen action to resolve the issue.
