  2. With a variety of tools for troubleshooting and resetting the laptop, HP is always prepared whenever the problem arises. The issue could be unable to access the company’s documents or the device’s slow performance. The power button on your device is of great importance as it can rescue from the situations of appearance of blank screen during start up or system freezes. The button powers the system down and then starts the booting process again. The only requirement is you need to remove the battery out of the device for completing the process properly.

Then remove any attached accessories or cables from your laptop i.e. wired or wireless keyboard, mouse, external hard drives, flash drives or memory cards.
